Poor hotel. Many hidden costs. The management was unable or unwilling to meet their promises ("free airport shuttle" and "free breakfast.") After paying for a taxi to and from the airport AND paying for my "free breakfast" I easily doubled my cost. I would not recommend this hotel for any purpose.

This is a convenient hotel close to the Frankfurt International Airport , in a very quite neighborhood with nice installations. Reception personnel was kind and helpful. I obtained a late check out at 5 pm which really helped me since I had a late flight that evening. I consider Holiday Inn hotels to be medium range in service and satisfaction but I was surprised to read the good references this particular hotel had in Trip Advisor. So I decided to give it a try and I can now endorse the good reputation it has. Only con is that vey few options for transportation that has to be scheduled in advance through the reception desk or walk 500 yards and wait for public buses.

This Hotel is a second home for my wife and myself. Very roomy and comfortable accomodation as well as friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel offered a poor service and support for Priority Club Members. I am a Platinum member but did not get any WiFi offer at this location. I have never experienced this while traveling in many locations in the US and various countries thoughout Europe. Staff at front desk not very well skilled nor able to make smart decisions.

I stayed at this hotel as it is close to the office location I was visiting.
It is modern and comfortable and I had a large room which was very nice. The only negative was that the room was very hot and there was no way of it controlling that, even having asked reception. The only way to solve this was to sleep with the window open which was ok but not ideal.
I had breakfast on the first day. It was OK but not great quality and expensive for what I had so I went to a local bakery the next day.
I ate in the bar on one evening and the burger was very good. Service was also excellent and good value for money.
The hotel is well situated for local business but remote for any restaurants or down town Frankfurt.
I will use the hotel again if I have to go the same location on business.
