Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wifi The hotel is OK, rooms are very small, big issue on my last stay was that wifi was not working for my 2 night stay, all work plans had to be put on hold, reception were very polite about it but could not resolve. Although a notice explaining the situation was on the reception desk this wasn't pointed out to me when I checked in, so I had no opportunity to change to another hotel and wasted an hour trying to connect. 20 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great property -- for the U.K. Wi-Fi service wasn't available at the hotel at all. The dinner waitress acted as if it was a bother to serve us, and on both nights my wife's dinner was served at least 3 minutes before mine. If you're an American, don't expect the same size rooms you'd find at a Holiday Inn in the states. A standard room is barely big enough to hold the two twin beds that are in them. The Executive Room we upgraded to had all the amenities you would expect, but they were crammed into a room that wasn't much bigger than the standard room. In fact, you couldn't get a full size suitcase into the actual room without having to lift it over the furniture. There simply wasn't enough room to even squeeze one between the wall and the mini-bar/dresser. I found that this was fairly typical of more modern hotels in the U.K. 19 January 2015
