I stayed in H-INN Makati for all my business trip in Philippine.
The rooms are clean and the service is good.
Breakfast is complete and you can eat all you like and can :-)
I suggest you to choose this hotel for your business travel and/or holidays with your family.
Also, it is in the heart of Makati. In fact you do not need to use any taxy.

Quick access from the airpor. Landed 7 PM and could check in 35 min later. Quick and smooth check in. Helpful staffs. Room is spacy and very well equipped mini bar. Quick Wifi. Nice and clean .
Easy access to shopping and to Greenbeltt. Plenty of good restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood . The pool on the roof is excellent. Difficult to get taxi in the morning.
Will probably stay again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Marckiemarc great service quality hotel
The moment we arrived at the hotel the kids were ecstatic and enjoying every space they can loiter around the front desk. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable about the hotel. They even gave me the application for membership because i told them i can't find my wife's card. The kids enjoyed the pool area although they don't allow diving for kids. The 19th floor lounge is fully occupied by a lot of guests by in-house / checked in guest so the space was consumed fast and food was to be replenished from time to time. but nevertheless its still boast of good food and drinks.Bed is great and staffs are nice. wanting to go back there alone with my wife for some Quality Time.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sansa Starck Almost a Good experience but not quite.
Let me start with the things we liked/enjoyed:
*The FO staff at the Excecutive lounge was very friendly and has excellent PR skills. This is during our check-in and check-out (different persons, but same service). Both really made us feel welcomed, especially the one we talked to during our check-out.
*We really like the idea that the afternoon tea time is seperate cocktails during the evening. We loved the coffee, we had several cups as it was very good.
*We also liked the selection during the afternoon tea time, especially the cookies.
*We requested to be transferred to different room as the room initially given to us really reeked of remnants of cigarette smoke, this request was granted. The room we were transferred to was much better, although a bit smaller.
*The breakfast was REALLY good as well. The pastry and bread selection was also delicious and tasty.
Now for the things that we think should be improved upon;
*When we arrived at the check-in lobby, there were 2 ladies holding a clipboard and I think were in charge of the queuing (since there were A LOT of guests at the lobby). One of them took my name, and I assumed that they would check in the system and see that our room is part of the executive club so that she in turn can send us up to 19th floor. After a few minutes (15 if I remember correctly), I approached one of the 2, and followed-up that we booked for the executive club and even showing the confirmation letter that stated this. She just answered, "Ok ma'm I will double check". She went in for around 5 minutes and returned. That's the only time she told us that we can already go up and even joked around saying "you should have told us that in the first place!"
Expectations: Upon getting the name, they should have already asked us if we have a confirmation letter for the reservation, or they should have asked us if we were going to check in at the executive lounge. Also, she should have not joked around saying the we should be the one to bring it up. And actually, we did say that eventually, and instead of checking the copy of my confirmation letter she still went inside to "double check"
*The initial room given to us, as mention above, has remnants of cigarette smoke.. even after clarifying upon check-in that we like a NON-SMOKING room.
*The selection and quality of the hors d'oeuvre. For example, the japanese rolls were.. (sorry for the term) mediocre. The california maki just contains crab stick and it was not tasty at all. The other roll just contained vegetables.
*We also noticed during the cocktails hour, most of the spirits/alcohol were stored inside the kitchen. Only the red wine bottles were displayed. Why hide the rest of the spirits/alcohol?
*We ordered a Jim Beam, but what we were given was very different.

Best location for the money. Near shopping malls, cinemas, department stores, restaurants, transportation, light rail, airport etc.
Security is very good. They even have bomb sniffing dogs.
Staff are polite and courteous.
Will visit again.
Actually, I extended my stay until 2/15 and spent Valentines day with my special someone at the hotel :)

I tried this hotel as I was a usual customer with IHG. In my profile, the request is to have a quiet room far from the elevator.
I end up to have a room almost in front of the elevator meaning that you have every 2 minutes a BIP from the elevator that prevent you to sleep.
On top of I woke up the next morning with insects bites on my booth foot. They were probably in the carpet or in the bed as the room was the only place where I did not wear sockets.
Last but not least, I tried to spa to have a massage. Also to be avoided, poor massage quality and I end up to have back pain issue the next day.
So while the hotel could have been nice (breakfast was nice, and location convenient), hotel quite new and good looking, the experience has been a disaster.
