Great welcome as we walked up to the desk. Very accommodating as we needed an early check-in. We appreciated the little snack we received upon check-in. Had dinner in their restaurant. Food was quite tasty. Interesting view of the city lights. We used the airport shuttle which was very quick and convenient.
The only negative was the bathroom door banged into the front of the toilet. Very poor planning. Very awkward. Very inconvenient.
All in all however, we would return.

All of the staff were friendly and prompt. Questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly.

My flight was cancelled and I had nowhere to go. The hotel was able to find me a room at 10AM so I could put my kids town.
The hotel was comfortable and in a great location for access to both the airport and major attarctions.

As I arrived late the staff gave me a snack, greeted me warmly.
The room was quiet and I was able to catch up on sleep and work untill my flight.

Went to the lounge on the 9th floor. Was told that they were having salsa music. I had taken my wife to Miami to see a friend off on a cruise and to just get away. Our friend was staying at another hotel, but we brought him to the Holiday Inn to have a couple drinks.
We get to the lounge and EVERY SEAT except for the bar has a reserved sign on it. We asked one of the workers and are told that it is for a "Private party" We asked someone else and were told that it was for "Their regulars". With only two stools at the bar and three of us, We assume the manager gives us his stool. After sitting there a few minutes we decide to move to a booth anyways since it is more comfortable. Now the guy who gave us the stool walks up to my wife and asks "Are you staying at this hotel?" she says yes and he replies "I guess you can sit here" NOW I AM A SPIRE.......AND MY WIFE AND MYSELF GET TREATED LIKE THIS?????? We can not even go to the hotel lounge and have a drink.... We ended up leaving and going to my friends hotel to relax. I have never been treated this way by the Holiday Inn in the 10 years that I have been platinum or higher.
I did mention it to the front desk on the way out and was told that, yes the lounge is part of the hotel and not a separate entity. I asked that they inform the manager on how the guests were treated. The front desk person asked my room number, but I never heard anything back. I was so disgusted that we did not even use our breakfast vouchers.

I thought the park n' fly was a great deal. Room was large with with comfortable bed. Bath tub could definitely use a scrub.

very consistent service and love the location, staff was friendly and the beds are almost like being at home.
