Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room rates increased and they want to charge for parking I normally stay at this hotel when I visit Orlando, at times, I reserve 3 or 4 rooms at a time. This past visit, I needed to reserve a meeting room as well. The hotel is nice, and very centrally located to everything (airport, dinning, entertainment etc) on this last visit, I was informed that the hotel will begin to charge for parking. The room rates increased about 30 per night, and now they want to charge to park. I find this totally out of line and I need to consider another hotel. 30 January 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad experiance Reservation change did not show in main computer, I was charged and my room was given away. The Manager did have a room that should not have been occupied because it had no bathroom door but graciously offered it to me. I had no choice at that point. 29 January 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed and Great Staff - Not So Clean The service by the staff was excellent - very kind folks. I was not pleased with the room however. The room was musty and the bathroom was marginally clean. Despite that, the bed was comfortable and allowed me to get a good night's rest for two evenings. Internet speed was good and the connection was reliable. It did surprise me that I had to pay to park. Maybe this is standard practice in Orlando? Not quite sure. 26 January 2015

Este hotel en particular me pareció un poco viejo o falta de mantenimiento. Las condiciones de los muebles y alfombra parecían descuidadas también. El baño no estaba tan limpio como esperaba y eso me dejó un poco insatisfecho. 12 January 2015
