Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Inn World Club We were offered that we will get discounted ticket for entry into sea World and only thing we have to do is to look at a new property and attend a presentation. Total time expected 1 to 1.5 hours. It was good so far it was we were interested in knowing the details. Then came the funny part and when they tried to sell the club membership. The attitude drastically changed when we says we need time to think it over as they wanted to have decision then and there. We were just left high and dry with the sudden change in behavior. One more family too had the same experience while we were there and were very very frustrated. This is very very unprofessional behavior. We did get the discount on our tickets but we wasted more than 4 hours in the whole process and most importantly the BAD taste about our whole experience of getting trapped and behavior of the guys whom final aim to just sell. I will like to warn everyone about this offer. 24 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place for visiting Universal We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, a party of four, and were greatly pleased with our accommodations. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The free shuttle to Universal was wonderful, with a choice of times to and from the park. Our only disappointment was the lack of a free breakfast. We tried the TGI Friday's but thought $10 for breakfast, plus having to pay for coffee or juice, was too much. 23 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Early December to Remember For a family of five and a nephew, my biggest concern was having enough room for everyone to sleep, and relax after spending the day in Universal Studios . This room provided ample space, privacy, and convince for the whole family. There were two separate sleeping quarters. Both had its own bathroom and a door for privacy to each separate space. The living room was spacious and had a mini fridge, microwave, and sink that we used for storage and leftover reheat. The rooms were in good condition, clean, and had separate cooling for the rooms. It was a really great place for the price and quality. There was a shuttle that would take you to the park, but we had teens with us and so my family walked to the park every morning and walked back during the evening. The distance was convinced as my husband was able to return to the room if he got tired while the kids stayed in the park. I did not have to worry about packing extra clothes since they came back to the room to change. We never ate from the Hotel itself since access to City walk was free. We were able to dine there and catch a movie without worrying about shuttle times. 21 December 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good location for Universal Studio Good location for Universal Studio. The room is comfortable. There are three things I would suggest. When I plan to check my luggage in last day, the stuffs didn't arrive immediately. We only can bring our luggage to Universal Studio because we need to catch up free shuttle. Another thing is that stuff told us we can take free shuttle, but didn't tell us we need to get the tickets from travel agency first. In the morning we walked to Universal Studio. In the afternoon we cannot take free shuttle because we didn't get the tickets from travel agency first . Third thing is that only TGI FRIDAY is dining place. I don't think that they provide good quality food and price. It is worth than other Holiday Inns I stayed before. 18 December 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great for families, not so much for others This is a large hotel conveniently located to the Universal property and not far from International Drive attractions. I was there on business travel by myself so I did not fit the demographic this hotel was built for. Some things that irritated me included one ice machine for the entire first floor which was so far from my room I almost had to drive around the hotel to get to it. I had a suite at the end of the hall near the exit to the rear parking lot. That door slammed loudly every time someone went out or came in. The front desk directed me to a breakfast buffet next door at TGI Fridays. The first morning I tried this suggestion. It was horrible and to be avoided. There are a lot of other options close by. On a positive note, the guest laundry is one of the better ones you will find at any hotel. 16 December 2014
