Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Small, old, cold and dirty rooms Hotel is located quite remote but in a lovely location close to the river Thames. However, the hotel building is old and outmoded. The rooms are horrible: bathroom was stinking and dirty. The dirt of the bathroom was unbelievable, it had not had a deep clean for quite a while, there was brown staining behind the taps of the bath, and the look of the interior, was well past its sell by date. New carpets are required, along with cleaning staff, that actually care about the rooms. The cutlery replaced in the morn (Tea, cups spoon etc.,) were dirty, they had not been cleaned. The spoons had brown stains on them, and were not clean. I really can't recommend to stay in this hotel; to me it says a lot about IHG / Holiday Inn hotel. Avoid, whenever possible. 01 March 2015
