Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 good quality hotel at reasonable prices Check in/out staff freindly, polite and looked smart Rooms very well laid out and comfortable Breakfast offered was very nice and huge selection Bar seating area a little small and a bit impersonal but fine Location very good and close to trams stop into Gent Car parking at 10 Euro per day we felt was a bit steep for guests staying there as car park was a large area Route from Hotel to Tram stop not very well lit and a lot of work going on around the hotel which im sure will be nice when finished, but at the moment (dec2012) very un wheelchair friendly 18 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Fine example I would highly recommend this hotel. It is the 4th time i have stayed and each time i thought it could not get better but it has. The staff especially the Manager Thomas deserve the credit they are due. They really go above and beyond to ensure your stay is everything you would expect and more. the hotel is clean quiet and comfortable. As a Platinum elite member i was recognized and offered a free room upgrade which was much appreciated. the hotel is ideally located on the outskirts of the city with an tram terminus 5 minutes from the front door. tickets can be purchased at reception. i will definitely return and very much look forward to it. again a big thank you to all for a great stay Chris & Julie UK 17 December 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay after theater visit I booked this hotel to avoid a longer drive home after a night out to the theater in a village nearby. First stay at this property. We had chosen this location because of the easy parking and reasonable rate. Check-in agent was friendly and efficient, despite the late arrival time (past midnight). I am a platinum IHG Rewards Club member and was upgraded to an executive room, which was a nice gesture. Room very large and clean, everything OK and quiet. Breakfast was in the covered atrium, which is open with lots of natural sunlight (compared to the dark room in e.g. HI Brussels Airport). Breakfast options and quality were as can be expected from a Holiday Inn at this pricepoint, with enough options to choose from and quality OK. Super-friendly checkout. A very good, above average HI stay. Price/Quality OK. 02 December 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by quick getaway For a quick getaway and stay over en route to other cities this was a great stop off point. Restful location, nice clean hotel and friendly staff. On the downside WiFi unreliable, breakfast a little expensive, and choice/cost of meals rather limited. 31 October 2014
