This facility, while efficient and providing all the basics for an overnight stay awaiting an airline flight, was not at the level of most Holiday Inn Expresses where we have stayed in the United States.
In contrast, the service provided by the young woman at the desk exceeded what we have received at most Holiday Inn Expresses in the US, the breakfast was also outstanding and the WiFi worked well.
The room was roughly comparable to a Fasthotel. (Very modular and prefab looking but old and worn.) The shower (no tub) provided a dispenser containing body wash and shampoo. The room had no alarm clock but they did offer a wake up call.
The facility was adjacent to a Crown Plaza that appeared to be more of a full service facility.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by LeoQpm In transit
We used the Hotel as a transit stop between our home and the Airport. The limited staff in which we had contact were efficient, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was poor. The menu showed sausages yet there were none and basically we left with a bowl of cereal and a Coffee. It was early so perhaps it had not been set out fully.
The bus transfer service was excellent and the drivers friendly.

the hotel was everything you would expect from a holiday inn, clean tidy and modern. we did however encounter a serious problem with electronic noise from a locked room next to our bedroom which kept us awake all night, we did report it and we were moved at 04;30 but of course by this stage we were exhausted and we got no sleep

Our family stayed at the Holiday Inn Express/Dublin Airport at the end of a 2 week vacation in the UK/Ireland. We were delighted at the spaciousness of the rooms, the cleanliness and appearance of the bathroom, and were impressed that the sofa bed was made up and ready for our children to sleep in. We needed extra pillows, and the hotel staff brought some up straight away. The check in staff was helpful, guided us to a restaurant we requested, and gave us helpful info regarding the airport shuttle in the morning.
We partook of the free breakfast and found there was a good variety of cereals, hot food, fruit, juices, and coffee/tea. We asked for a milk substitute as there did not appear to be any on the table and the staff responded politely and immediately and brought us soy milk to our table quickly and efficiently. Overall, an excellent stay!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lofty57 Typical airport hotel
Hotel close to airport and suffered as a result of noisy guests getting up early for flights. Breakfast is poor on options, cooked food could be better but staff are friendly and helpful. Major criticism is that the reception has to do everything so trying to get a drink in the bar is a nightmare at times.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by YLesley Friendly helpful staff & great customer service
Good choice of hotel. Although 7 miles from Dublin City centre the buses are regular from just down the road. There is a choice of local restaurants as an alternative to the City. We found the hotel extremely clean and the staff were cheerful and always willing to help. The sofa bed wasn't the best for 2 adults to share, so we requested an extra roll away bed in our spacious room, which worked out well. There was a variety of food at breakfast to cater for everyone. Free wifi throughout the hotel made life easy.
