Stayed here en route to Canada, Im a lone older lady traveler and I appreciate it when things are made easy with no blimps. Nothing to fault anywhere for me, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay again, I did, I had the use of a day room because I arrived home to Dublin very early in the morning with a wait till 9.20pm for my flight home. I had a very relaxing day, enjoying a good sleep, shower and was completely rested and refreshed by the time I had to return to the airport.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Convenient to the airport and great customer service.
Hotel was only 10 minutes from the airport and was a great place to stay for our last night in Dublin. The staff was very friendly and helpful, The room was fine but the bed was not very comfortable but was adequate.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kailas Great Hotel with Excellent Customer Service.. Spot On!!
My family loved this hotel. good location from airport. They have everything which makes this hotel a great place to stay. Smiling staff, comfortable mattress, choice of pillows and most importantly it's clean and well looked after. you request for extra amenities they they will arrive to your room swiftly. I have stayed in many IHG hotels and not all hotel staff would recognise you as valued IHG member but this one did. both the times during check in and check out! dose make you feel special!!
I did encounter a small billing issue which was dealt very efficiently by the Hotel Manager personally.
Long story short, Great place to stay where the staff takes this place to a next level of excellent service.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BreathyJim Good solid hotel. good service
Great facility to have hotel transfers to the airport free of charge. Good breakfast arrangements especially for early starts. We had to leave even before breakfast but they still provide us with a bag breakfast which was very good in the circumstances. Didn't watch the TV much but is an old one an needs updating. From what I remember (again didn't see much) the channel selection was not fantastic but OK

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BigKenny The perfect one night stop
Spent just one night passing through Dublin. The free airport shuttle was excellent for a free ride to the hotel. The hotel simply exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were so clean they must have just been remodeled. The staff was very friendly, the room was quiet, the bed comfortable, temperature control just fine, the free breakfast was an exceptional value, and the little Italian restaurant on the corner was a very good and reasonably priced meal. I only have good things to say about our stay here. Then the free shuttle the next morning got us back to the airport and on our way. Simply perfect. Thank you.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Togger Not equipped with a working bassinet
My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn with our baby daughter. We tried to check in early but it was explained to us that there were no rooms available at the time so we checked in our bags and requested a queen/king bedroom if possible and a bassinet for the baby. Later that evening we checked in after exploring Dublin city. Unfortunately the request for the bed and bassinet had not been noted and we were left with a twin room with no bassinet. We requested a bassinet again for our room and one was brought up 30 mins later with no base to it. The lady who brought it up suggested putting pillows together and use those as a base. This is obviously not safe so we asked for another bassinet. This had now been 1.5 hr ordeal and we wanted to go to sleep as we had to be up at 5am to catch a flight. We eventually arranged something taking one piece from a bassinet and combining it with the other bassinet, we now had something that was relativley safe for the baby. We didn't get the rest we were after and we had never received service like this from a IHG service before.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sleepy&dozey Very Comfortable bed but very uncomfortable sofa bed.
Room clean and comfortable for two guests. However, pull out sofa bed too small and uncomfortable for two older children, therefore overall sleep quality for a family poor, but would have been great for a couple. Extra bedding was delivered to the room very promptly on request.
Takeaway breakfast was provided the morning of our flight, as we had to leave before the restaurant opened. On our return stay breakfast was more than adequate.
We were able to park in hotel secure car park for the duration of our trip to Dublin/London for competitive daily cost of 6 Euro. Complimentary airport shuttle was great, short journey, very prompt, and with friendly driver.
Overall good if you need a convenient place to stay before an early flight, or returning on a late flight.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bea45 Efficient but scaled down
This facility, while efficient and providing all the basics for an overnight stay awaiting an airline flight, was not at the level of most Holiday Inn Expresses where we have stayed in the United States.
In contrast, the service provided by the young woman at the desk exceeded what we have received at most Holiday Inn Expresses in the US, the breakfast was also outstanding and the WiFi worked well.
The room was roughly comparable to a Fasthotel. (Very modular and prefab looking but old and worn.) The shower (no tub) provided a dispenser containing body wash and shampoo. The room had no alarm clock but they did offer a wake up call.
The facility was adjacent to a Crown Plaza that appeared to be more of a full service facility.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by LeoQpm In transit
We used the Hotel as a transit stop between our home and the Airport. The limited staff in which we had contact were efficient, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was poor. The menu showed sausages yet there were none and basically we left with a bowl of cereal and a Coffee. It was early so perhaps it had not been set out fully.
The bus transfer service was excellent and the drivers friendly.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by davy 10 nice room, terrible noise
the hotel was everything you would expect from a holiday inn, clean tidy and modern. we did however encounter a serious problem with electronic noise from a locked room next to our bedroom which kept us awake all night, we did report it and we were moved at 04;30 but of course by this stage we were exhausted and we got no sleep

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DC Sharon Great Hotel Near Dublin Airport
Our family stayed at the Holiday Inn Express/Dublin Airport at the end of a 2 week vacation in the UK/Ireland. We were delighted at the spaciousness of the rooms, the cleanliness and appearance of the bathroom, and were impressed that the sofa bed was made up and ready for our children to sleep in. We needed extra pillows, and the hotel staff brought some up straight away. The check in staff was helpful, guided us to a restaurant we requested, and gave us helpful info regarding the airport shuttle in the morning.
We partook of the free breakfast and found there was a good variety of cereals, hot food, fruit, juices, and coffee/tea. We asked for a milk substitute as there did not appear to be any on the table and the staff responded politely and immediately and brought us soy milk to our table quickly and efficiently. Overall, an excellent stay!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lofty57 Typical airport hotel
Hotel close to airport and suffered as a result of noisy guests getting up early for flights. Breakfast is poor on options, cooked food could be better but staff are friendly and helpful. Major criticism is that the reception has to do everything so trying to get a drink in the bar is a nightmare at times.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by YLesley Friendly helpful staff & great customer service
Good choice of hotel. Although 7 miles from Dublin City centre the buses are regular from just down the road. There is a choice of local restaurants as an alternative to the City. We found the hotel extremely clean and the staff were cheerful and always willing to help. The sofa bed wasn't the best for 2 adults to share, so we requested an extra roll away bed in our spacious room, which worked out well. There was a variety of food at breakfast to cater for everyone. Free wifi throughout the hotel made life easy.

I stayed for 3 nights. Reception staff were friendly. Room was clean. They have a free shuttle bus which was good.
Breakfast was very poor quality and appeared like lowest quality. I felt sick whenever I saw it.
I lost my Tefal Iron from the Room. They cleaned the my room every day. I am not sure whether someone removed it by mistake.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MuinteoirAisling Friendly Staff, comfortable and good food.
There are no real faults for me. The hotel and staff were just perfect for what we required. The only thing that was a little let down was the TV. It was not tuned in and all the channels except one were fuzzy. We did not come to watch TV, still you would expect that to be good with regards the rest of the hotel.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HaiHui I was satisfied
Close to the airport (free shuttle takes about 10 mins or so), not so close to the city center( there's a 41 and a 16 bus line serving city center).
The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable and the sheets very clean.
The bathroom was very practical with toiletries, large enough and clean.
Not the best breakfast I ever had, but good enough.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by evil_twin Good hotel at a good price.
All all-around good hotel for short stays. My only complaints would be that the mattress was too firm for me personally, and that there were no outlets by the bed in my room. As I use my phone for an alarm clock and keeping in touch, being able to recharge it next to the bed would have been preferred. I have no idea if this is the same in all rooms! However, the room was spacious, and plenty of amenities for the bathroom and tea/coffee.
Good curtains, and I could not hear any other guests at all!
Breakfast only lacked bacon, which would have been a good addition to the hot food. It was limited to scrambled eggs, sausages, and beans.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by xibes Not the expected refreshing night
Don´t know if these kinds of heavy noises on the corridors are standard at Holiday Inn hotels but during my stay it was a holy nightmare. It seemed that some other younger guests had started the wold championship of room-door-slamming.
One of the most inconvenient nights for a high-priced room I ever had.
The take-away breakfast is also a catastrophe. A muffin, a banana and a yoghurt. But no plastic spoon or even a cold or hot drink. Not the way to start a new day at all.
I will never book this hotel again.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by DC67 Dissapointed with stay in Dublin...
Hotel was clean, but crowded on this holiday. Too many teens running up and down the halls. Breakfast was O.K. at best, food was not that fresh. There is also a 6 euro parking fee. Not the best value for the money in the summer.

For the first time is a long time I was disappointed in and IHG stay. Upon arrival to the room, we discovered that they had not planned for our reservation. Our sofa bed was not made up and there were not enough towels. When we tried to make up the sofa bed, we noticed stains of some sort on the mattress that was quite discomforting for my daughter. They were also cleaning the carpets so the entire floor had an unpleasant odor. We were also not recognized as IHG members.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for the night before our flight out of Dublin. The room lacked soundproofing so we did not sleep well. Also, the lighting in the room was unbelievably dim. We were not able to adjust the temperature in the room and it was very stuffy, I would not recommend this hotel.
