Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellant for Access to o2 My family and I were down in London to see Queen and Adam Lambert (Queen Rocks!) at the o2. My wife and I stayed here in Dec 2013 when we came to see Status Quo. It is good value for Money if you just want somewhere to lay down your head are not looking for luxury. Being one stop from the o2 on the Jubilee Line, it is well placed and for the most part when departing from the o2, the vast majority of people are heading the other way, so the train is not particularly crowded. The only downer point I would make is the lack of Full English breakfast (i.e. no bacon, mushrooms, tomato or black pudding) - perhaps as a guest, one should be able to order them. Other than that - the stay was fine and dandy 22 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by handy hotel for O2 and ExCel very pleasant and efficient front desk staff, made us feel welcome. The room was facing the front and the road's very noisy at night so we didn't get very good sleep. Breakfast was a bit limited if you have a special diet. Overall, a very handy hotel if you're doing an event at the O2 or ExCel (it's only about 5 minute walk from the underground station) 22 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 let down by housekeeping reception service excellent on early arrival with room ready before midday. Problem with shower draining sorted efficiently. What a pity the housekeeping staff and housekeeper seem to need more training with one mug not washed and replaced, coffee sachet used not replaced. 20 January 2015

We have stayed in other hotels in London, but the London-Royal Docks not only has easy access to the Excel and the O2 but is also the most friendly place we have stopped at. The rooms are very clean with everything you would ever need. Very fast internet access choice of pillows etc. The breakfast has a great choice and the breakfast area is spotless with staff constantly cleaning. The staff really do go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay without getting in the way The best place we have stayed in London by far. (We have stayed in approx. 9 - 11 hotels in the last two years in London) 15 January 2015
