Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location This hotel is in a great location for accessing London without the high price of the more central hotels. The short walk to Canning Town (where there is the DLR as well as the Jubilee Line for the Tube) makes it easy and quick to get to many of the major tourist and business hot-spots. The prices are very good considering how convenient the hotel is. The staff are very hard-working, especially the breakfast ladies who have to rush about madly trying to keep all the foods and plates/cutlery stocked, it looked an exhausting job! The hotel was very busy during my (3 night) stay, so the breakfast areas were heaving with people, and some small problems (e.g. one of the hot drink machines being out of order) did produce short queues, but it wasn't a major issue. I would recommend this hotel to people with one major proviso: If you are a light sleeper, or if you have an early morning meeting, or a job interview, or anything else that requires a long and restful sleep - treat with caution! All 3 nights of my stay were very restless due to the very loud noise from adjoining rooms (conversations through thin walls, music channels blaring on the TV, yelling kids) and the constant slamming of corridor doors. If you're a heavy sleeper, though, then this hotel is an excellent deal for the price, and I'd recommend it! 27 August 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and well maintained hotel Although this relatively new hotel was clean and provides a good breakfast, the location was a bit too far out of London Centre for our needs. Also, because of the multi-national staff, it was difficult to communicate, both over the telephone and face-to-face. We wouldn't stay at this hotel again when sightseeing around London. 26 August 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Get Docked Inn! Great value hotel with easy connections to Central London/ airports. Standard HIEx fare - rooms, breakfast, appearance all in line with brand expectations. Free standard WiFi in all rooms now but real pain is having to complete full registration every time you want to use it. Not able to save router/ web details on screen. Bar was poorly stocked during our visit with only 1 of 3 draft taps available, no Gin of any description 20 August 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds and good showers Rooms were reasonably spacious. Everything in the room worked and wifi connection wasa stable. Plenty of parking spaces available during my visit. Canning Town tube station is a 5 min walk away. Breakfast was okay with the usual continental and english breakfast choices. 19 August 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very helpful staff Stayed here for RIDE LONDON, along with loads of other cyclists, because it was near the Olympic Park. Staff were very helpful in putting on breakfast really early for early starters, and this was much appreciated. We asked to change rooms on arrival, to avoid noise on Silvertown Way, and staff were happy to accommodate us. Thank you for a pleasant stay. 15 August 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great saty for London Visit We went to London to see a show and go on the London Eye. The hotel was by a tube station so the travel time into central was less than 30 minutes. Nice modern hotel, room was big enough for 3 with good wifi. Will definitely stay again in the future, especially if we go to the Excel. 14 August 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel and easy access to central London A relatively quiet location and easy access to central London via DLR. The hotel is clean and the room is reasonable size (for London). However the bed was not as good quality as Premier Inn, rather too soft and bouncy - we slept on the sofa bed at the end. The nearest station is Canning Town and you could choose DLR, Tube or bus, it's only a few mins walk away. I had to get to Towerhill everyday during my stay and a short walk to DLR station; within 30mins I was at my destination. After a good size breakfast every morning, it feels good with a short walk to the station. Reasonable breakfast but basic, it was pretty much the same everyday and my daughter was fed up with it on day 3 :) But overall very good price and kids eat and stay for free. Couldn't ask for more really. One small thing I have noticed in one of my breakfast time, a customer spilt some milk on the floor while walking towards her table, she didn't report to anyone and yet when a couple of staff noticed the wet patch, they just ignored and walked over it. It was after around 20mins that one staff eventually wipe it off. I was concerned with the H 12 August 2014
