Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Stay Rooms were nice but I am not a fan of the oversized shower heads that are 6 to 7 feet up the wall. It tended to overspray and soak the bathroom floor no matter how hard I tried to adjust the shower curtains. The outlets could be increased too. I would suggest having the night stand lamps equipped with an outlet at the base of the lamp to allow for cell phone charging. So many things now require a charger and having just one on the desk is inadequate. Having said all that, the room is good, bed is comfortable, A/C is quiet, staff is friendly and location to Ontario Mills Mall is excellent. 21 April 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by During My Experience The Staff Left Something to be Desired Very nice hotel but the Front Desk staff needs retraining and/or coaching. The desk clerk argued with me profusely when there was no reason to do so! I had a reservation using points and my sister arrived first. Now, I am a gold member and a very loyal and familiar guest to IHG properties and I happen to know that it does not have to be me checking in when using points. I had done the right thing and called ahead and asked that they place my sister as an occupant. I was assured that there would be no issues when she checked in. However, that was a lie. My sister had to call me six times trying to get into the room. Each time, I called the hotel trying to reason with the young woman who was checking her in. During one of the calls with my sister I could actually hear the poor tone of the Front Desk woman and she was blatantly rude and hateful. Definitely does not belong in guest services. I called guest relations and was able to get them to resolve it. Should it come to having to call guest relations to get good service? No! This experience ruined our entire trip! It has been a while since my stay but I just got back to the States and it is still on my mind. I may call guest relations and ask for my points back it was that bad! 12 April 2015
