Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by nice location the location is convenient to downtown but the staff doesn't really care about people. breakfast lady sat in room and talked on phone the whole time and the food was cold and so was the coffee, AM front desk girl just relaxed in the back, the PM guy looked like he just got out of bed to go to work. the room was nice January 26, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 vending machines not one vending machines worked in the entire hotel, my wife had an episode where her blood sugar dropped and I couldn't get OJ, coke or any chocolate from a vending machine. I went down to the front desk and they only sold diet coke (no sugar#, the you kid behind the counter could care less but an older lady came from behind the front desk an immediately said "did somebody's sugar dropped" and she opened up the breakfast area #at 10pm) and gave us OJ. the manager type was a big help but the young kid behind the counter could care less...got to have train staff and make sure vending machines work. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad plumbing and dirty water Dirty water in the sink 2 out of 3 days of my stay. Was offered a room to go and brush my teeth but not a room to move to. Staff kept telling me that maintenance was called and they were waiting on them to come. The picture represents the cleanest water in the sink, on two occasions, the water was black. January 20, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ok but not great The place is ok, wouldn't go back, our bathroom had bulging water bubbles coming out of the wall and the bubble in the ceiling broke they and the ceiling plaster come dangling down. Maintenance was quick to fix. Looked like makeup splattering on window ledge, bed was comfy, pretty pricey for value, location is decent to downtown area. January 3, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Disappointed Stay Stayed here many times before and never had so much problems as we had on this stay. Manager never contacted us nor did she ever deal with us in person. So sad that this location has gone down hill, may have to look for another place for our next stay in San Antonio. December 30, 2015
