Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad experience The staff at the front desk were quick at getting us checked in and out. Some of the things in my room weren't clean, cups (and they were paper coffee cups), bathtub started to not drain after one day of being there but didn't want to complain for a new room because another coworker of mine was told they were booked. There was a smell in the hallways they had air freshener auto spray things on the wall but it wasn't helping. There was loud music on one of the nights not sure where it was coming from and people just hanging out in the hallway of the room being really loud (don't think they were guests). On top of all this, when I checked out of the room, I later realized when I was back home already that I left my rings on the nightstand but was told that the housekeeper never turned them in or as they said never found (I am 110% sure I left them in the nightstand), it was my fault for forgetting to put them back on but I just would expect honestly with the employees there especially that we leave our things there in the room...so just be careful with leaving things there during and after your stay... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The staff was very friendly. Bed not comfortable The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again because of them! The beds were not as comfortable compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed. Mattress was lumpy The bathroom shower head needed cleaning and the bathtub drain needed cleaning out too. Water would not drain well in the bathtub when showering, we had to change rooms because of this problem. The second room was better and smelled so much fresher too! May 26, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by memorial day stay When reserving room I think the hotel should be required to disclose that hotel is under construction. Also I think that when you specifically ask about there breakfast they must disclose the fact that it is frozen breakfast items you would get at a convenience store. I also believe that the staff should check and see if you need extra towels or your trash emptied during your stay without you having to chase them down. I believe that if you are staying at a hotel it would be nice not to have music blaring after 10 pm from other rooms in the hotel. May 26, 2015

When trying to exit the parking lot if you were parked up front, it was difficut to get out b/c people checking in blocked our car and a couple ofthers unloading and checking in as we waited. Also not enough room to eat breakfast,if there were more than 4 people, you had to go to the room down the hall to eat. Somewhat inconvienent. May 20, 2015
