Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff, good location Staff excellent, polite and welcoming. They go the extra mile to make your stay as good as possible, from recommending places to visit, help order take out, friendly chat, etc. the room was clean and comfortable and hotel had a calm and relaxed feel. Perfect after a long journey. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Went onto to stay at Holiday Inn Stoke on Trent staff there could definitely do with taking customer care lessons from the staff at this hotel. May 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceeded all expectations After several visits to several Holiday Inns we are once again very impressed with the comfortable, spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff, The breakfast was excellent especially the coffee machine. It was easy to find and in a good location for visiting Warwick and its castle. I would definitely consider this Holiday Inn in the future. May 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A very comfortable stay Our first stay with Holiday Inn Express Despite our doorlock being problematic the reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was perfect for our family use of an overnight stay to visit Warwick Castle. Breakfast was OK but with the hotel full to capacity a few extra staff would have been helpful as they couldn't keep up with replenishing food and cleaning tables. We would definitely stay again as it was great value including breakfast. But be warned don't eat at The Porridge Pot next door - the worst meal I have ever had!!! May 29, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Room but Breakfast Chaos Having stayed at this Holiday Inn before, we were looking forward to our visit over the late May bank holiday weekend and I must say that the room was clean and comfortable. However, it was our breakfast experience that disappointed us. We arrived in the dining room just after 10 a.m. on the Sunday morning and were greeted by a waitress who hurriedly directed us to the buffet which was packed with other guests. The choice of hot food was limited to scrambled egg and sausages. The queue for toast was 5 deep as was the queue for tea and coffee. There were 2 waitresses and they were both working very hard to make sure that the supply of food and drink was maintained. Needless to say, you need to have more staff on duty during your breakfast service, We were so disappointed, we decided to go to The Porridge Pot pub next door for breakfast on the Monday, however, that experience was also a big disappointment, but that's another story. Not enough crockery, not enough cutlery, people just hanging around waiting for food to arrive. basically not enough staff to cope with the situation. Staff were dashing about but unable to cope, however ironically despite the breakfast debacle everything else was fine and I would recommend the hotel. May 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Rooms at Good Price All staff encountered were helpful and courteous. Our room was comfortable, clean, tidy and very quiet. We slept well. Breakfast was not as good as previously experienced at Holiday Inn Express as a trial was on-going using pre-packaged bacon/egg rolls. Sunday morning breakfast in particular was like a rugby scrum with people eating in the lobby as well as the breakfast area. May 27, 2015
