Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Good location and comfortable room This hotel is in a great location for getting around Atlanta. Service was very good. Fun atmosphere. Room and bed are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very small, but not uncommon in older downtown hotels. Great place to stay if you want to go a show at the Fox theatre. 24. Februar 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Great place to stay The rooms were ample, the sleep was great, the food was excellent. Heat/AC was tricky....not sure I adjusted properly. The internet was ok...but, found it, connected but weaker than I would like. The bathrooms are small...no tiny...Shower was ample, but, room size was exceedingly small. Service was stellar. 24. Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Cute and simple It was quite compact but that wasn't an issue for me. The beds were comfy and the staff was great. The heater was very loud though. It would wake us up in the night. I did not enjoy walking in the cold from my car at the top of the parking garage to the hotel. A single serving container of Chobani Greek Yogurt was 5$. 20. Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Poor Customer Service and Responsiveness During checkin the front desk made a point to mention how small the bathroom was but not until we signed the agreement. When we got to our room, the bathroom definitely matched the description - no problem as we were looking forward to celebrating our 27th Valentine's Day together. Later that evening my wife pointed out lower pressure with the toilet but at the time it was functioning so we didn't feel the need to report it to the front desk. The following morning the toilet's water pressure was far worse. I contacted the front desk and was told engineering arrived between 12p - 1p. Since we obviously couldn't wait, I asked for a plunger to be sent up to our room. After waiting for 10 minutes, I callsd again and was told it would be delivered shortly. Another 10 minutes passed. I stopped by the front desk and the gentleman said housekeeping were the only people with a key to the room. At this point my only option was to use the lobby restroom. When I returned to the room, the toilet overflowed to the entry. On my way to the elevator to speak with the front desk, a gentleman with housekeeping was on his way to the room. This gentleman was the only person to address our issue and expressed his sincere apology. He should be managing the front desk. Later that morning we opted to find another hotel. After searching the web and placing phone calls, we managed to find a hotel within reasonable walking distance. During checkout the supervisor on duty said he had to charge us $75 for early cancellation. I explained it was not our plans to checkout early but considering the circumstances, he should wave the fee. He told us it was a binding contract and no different than signing a contract with your cell phone provider. At this point we asked for his manger and he told us he was it. After going back and forth several times, he printed out the bill and told us to have a good day. Talk about poor customer service and unprofessionalism. 18. Februar 2015
