Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 Great Glasgow visit I was recommended this hotel by a work colleague and we were not disappointed. From the Room to service and the front desk everything was great. I see some people have had other opinions in the past but I have to say this place is great. Only a few minutes’ walk from the shops. 19. Februar 2015

Breakfast chioce was gerat with good quality products., Only minor observation was bacon and Lorne sausage were slightly over cooked. Staff are great and very helpful. 19. Februar 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by St. Valentine's Weekend Stay Stayed for two nights over the St Valentines weekend and were pleasantly surprised with the whole "Indigo" experience. From the time we checked-in my wife and I were treated like royalty. The upgraded room meant we had a free mini-bar (restocked) which complimented the in-room Coffee facility. Also pleased to find an ice making machine on the third floor. Staff were great; room was clean, warm and we had a fabulous bed. We'll certainly be back. 19. Februar 2015
Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by One night Stay Nice trendy rooms , very clean, quiet and comfortable No menu at breakfast and a little shy on choices only Scottish square sausage in on the hot table, no toast offered by the staff had to ask for it. I would expect for the price just about everything should be covered for breakfast with the staff at least asking Check in/out staff very good but could maybe be kind enough to explain what's included in the price of your room Still a nice stay, although it was only one night a longer stay might change the survey results after using the hotel a little more 18. Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Valentine's package Following a magnificent visit same time last year badly let down this year. Did not get the sparkly wine, chocolates and well stocked mini bar. The room service pate and crackers never materialised despite the restaurant manager saying he had sent them up, despite him being the only member of staff who knew anything about them. The menu offered in the restaurant was not the one quoted in our confirmation,which was a total surprise to the restaurant manager. Food provided was average at best. Overall despite the staff trying to do their best to make up for the shambles, at some £20 more expensive than last year it was overall a big let down and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Not helped by the bar being littered with used crockery and glassware and a ponytailed kitchen hand cooking breakfast whilst not wearing a hat or hair net. Wouldn't recommend it. Prefer to go to their sister organisation Holiday Inn Express, better all round and a fraction of the cost. 17. Februar 2015
