The room and bed were very comfortable, but a little pricy for nothing extra special. The bar and lounge ares were cozy and intimate. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The location of the hotel is convenient and easy to get to. A little pricy, but overall, a very nice hotel. 23. November 2014

Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Restaurant Excellent, Hotel Staff Indifferent to Problems in Rooms I want to love this hotel, yet the staff made it impossible. I normally don't write reviews and certainly not bad ones, but I think it's important to let people know what happened during our stay. At 1AM we were awakened by loud chimes that sounded like a doorbell and emergency lights flashing in our room. After this happened twice, my husband went out in the hallway which was noisy with people returning from a wedding or event and a security guard told him that it would not happen again. We thought it was some type of malfunction and went back to sleep. It happened at least 2 more times during the night. The next morning upon checkout I complained to the front desk staff and received completely blank, unconcerned looks. The young girl at the desk explained it that we were in rooms that accommodate the handicapped and someone must have rung the bell next door to us and it causes the lights to come on. I clearly explained how I was woken out of a sound sleep several times and the lights were flashing in MY room, not next door. Their clueless and indifferent expressions only upset me more. Only after continued and louder complaining did she offer to take 25% off of the one night. This is really a drop in the bucket compared to what we spent. Since this hotel charges Manhattan prices, I expect the same level of service. I regret not making more of an issue, but I am not one to make a scene. It seems they do a lot of wedding party business on the weekends so they don't seem to care about making the rest of the customers happy. Unfortunately I won't be staying here again. 16. Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Best on the East End My wife and I have stayed at every hotel on the East end of Long Island and continuously return to Indigo when possible for the continued great experience. The rooms are clean, stylish and comfortable, the staff is great and the restaurant is by far the best in comparison to other hotel options. After returning from a day at the wineries or shopping at the outlets it's nice to know you can kick back and relax the rest of the night at your hotel. 13. November 2014
