I have stayed at the InterContinental Miami a number of times for business over the past year and just love the staff and property, I highly recommend this hotel for business as well as leisure travel as the location is great, and not far from South Beach if that is of interest to you. 26. Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by nice stay We enjoyed spending time at Interconti. Miami. This is a wonderful place to be. Kids loved swimming on top of hotel's roof. Scenic view from our room was magic. The only mistake, waked up during the night by some noise, we heard 3 differents rooms closed by ours, able to understand their lively conversations....or else :-) Too light soundproofing. 24. Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Room quality I was disappointed to see the room with small window And big bath room which was out of proportion to room size. I paid extra for the view. The window normally are large reaching floor to give good view. In this room the window was like you are seeing out of a train window. 23. Februar 2015

Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Consistently horrible service from every department - exactly what I'd expect from a cheap motel My wife, four kids, and I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days recently. The consistency with which they doled out tremendously poor service was stunning. The valets were amateur. The bell service took 45 minutes to deliver bags within the hotel. Reservations lost our booking. Then our room wasn't ready until way late (and then the hotel staff had the temerity to nudge us out the door early the next morning!). They were still cleaning the room when we arrived to our room. They didn't have enough towels. We were supposed to get water--it took THREE requests to finally get it. When we needed a second set of keys, the front desk people assumed we would come fetch them, rather than offering to have a bellboy delivery them to our room right away (nice service!). Their wifi was poor performance and no one could provide a password, as each department referred us to the next helpless staffer. An all around terrible experience. When I tried to communicate to the hotel manager what had happened so that they had an opportunity to understand and repair the problems, they acted as if they could not care any less. The perfect coup de gras. Then, to top it off, when we reported our problems to management of Intercontinental, it took almost two months to receive any reply, and only then after more than half a dozen follow-ups. They act like they couldn't care less. 22. Februar 2015
