Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by I expect more I stayed at the Clement Monterrey the weekend of February 21st. Having stayed at Intercontinental hotels in the past I had an expectation of what to expect. Unfortunately I was underwhelmed. My room was never cleaned during my stay, a request to have a rollaway bed mad up room resulted in a bed being left inside the door with no bedding, the staff brought the wrong car around to the valet and the restaurant lunch was underwhelming, served on a soggy bun. The bed was amazing and the staff were friendly but I expect more, especially at that price. 28. Februar 2015
Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Room not ready on time When my family arrived at approximately 4:00pm the room was not ready. We had to wait in the lounge for approximately 45 minutes until our suite room 407 was ready. Other guest had to also wait for their rooms as well. The desk staff did issue me a free breakfast voucher. But I had to ask to have my room rate prorated. When I checked out they failed to prorate the room until I pointed out my family and I had to wait 45 minutes for our room. My daughter was not happy on her tenth birthday waiting in the lounge. I went swimming and tried to use the hot tub and the jets were not working. I told two staff members. It took approximately one hour for the maintenance crew to arrive and fix the hot tub on button. When checking out their were two false fire alarms. The hotel staff exited the hotel but did not evacuate the hotel guest. I am glad their was not a real fire! This hotel is only six years old if not for AAA guest this hotel will not be in business. 27. Februar 2015

I have experienced various levels of accomodations but this hotel rates at the verytop of my list. I would love to return here some day and highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the area. By far the best in Monterey. 25. Februar 2015
