Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great weekend getaway Prefect room, Great location, Clean and comfortable. 16 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exemplary service with a Southern warm welcome! Living within the metro Atlanta area we don't need to spend the night. However there are special occassions where an overnight in the city makes the celebration more special. Our daughter got engaged two nights before arriving in ATL from her home in Costa Rica. She is an American working in CR, as his her fiance. We were meeting another Mother-Daughter (friends) for a shopping weekend. Candis, at the front desk, was exceptional! She asked us if we were celebrating a special occassion. Her genuine excitement over the engagement and interest in Costa Rica, our lives, etc. made us feel we had an instant friend! She upgraded our room and continued to ask if she could be of service. As a former Event Specialist and as an international traveler; I greatly appreciated the exceptionally kind service from the moment we arrived until the moment of our departure. 16 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Television in rooms Reception on the tv's is spotty with several channels, especially CNBC. Most of the time i have found the channel guide is not functional. The quality of the television is high, but there must be an issue with the cable connectivity. 16 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A big surprise Last time I stayed at the Intercontinental in SF and it was more of a family joint than a business one. So when I came here with little expectations I was very surprised. This is an incredible hotel with brand new facilities, great fitness center, nice buffet in the morning. I will definitely return here on my next visit to the city. 15 December 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great venue, but room keys never work I stayed 3 days for a yearly conference at the hotel. While the facility is excellent and the food is wonderful, I have been incredibly frustrated when I'm locked out of my room several times a day because the key writer is faulty and/or I need to have a special wrist flick to get the door open. For a conference venue, it seems incredibly ill planned given the need to get into and out of rooms quickly. I was at this exact hotel last year at the same time, and it also took 3 new keys to get my door open when I checked in. 15 December 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Breakfast Great hotel. The only complaint I had was I filled out the breakfast card and hung it on my door the night before. Breakfast never showed up and the card was still hanging on my door the next morning. Not a huge deal but I thought you should know. thank you. 14 December 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Business trip accommodation First time to Atlanta on a business trip. Hotel location was ideal for me with a 5 minute commute to the office. Hotel food was excellent and room facilities exceptional. Free WIFI and access to they fitness centre was a bonus. Gym was quiet but could get crowded very easily. Bourbon bar reasonably priced. All hotel staff encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. 2 shopping malls within walking distance. Looking forward to my next stay. 14 December 2014
