Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Reward night @here has no valueable even though you are ambassador plat. I am IHG Platinum Ambassador member, but I am not sure that my room already upgrade(I stay in guest room with my reward night). There is No complimemtary mineral water in room / No complementary special gift for Ambassador member / No complementary newspaper in the morning. Hotel staff toll me that My room is reward night. I cannot access to member club lounge even though I pay more money, I must stay more than 3 consecutive nights, Club access upgraded will available to pay or upgrade. Reward night @here has no valueable even though you buy more point for this. 18 December 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by HOTEL SERVICES EVERYTHING WAS FINE, JUST TWO THINGS I CONSIDERED WRONG, 1 THE PILLOWS PROVIDED GAVE ME BACK ACHES. 2 I HAD A SLIGHT PROBLEM WITH THE CHECK OF ONE DINER IN PARTICULAR, BECAUSE THE HOSTESS TOLD ME ONE PRICE AND IT WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD, I LIKED VERY MUCH THE HOTEL. 18 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relax in Paradise We stayed 5 nights in the Two Bed Room Villa with Club Access. The Villa is well furnished with a awesome view. The hotel is on a quiet beach without a lot of tourist and there is only one small other Hotel in the neighborhood. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating and make you feel welcome. The breakfast has a very good selection and a very good quality. So the Hotel is perfect for a relaxing Holidaytrip. We will choose the Hotel again for our next trip in this area. 14 December 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by bad room arrangement Without a doubt, I expect much better room arrangement service at Intercon. On the day of my checkin, I'd think that no word can express my disappointment regarding the room arrangement. I stayed at this resort with my mother and my little girl and I insisted to have a king-size bed so that my daughter would not fall off the bed and I didn't want to take the 3rd floor room since the view is not that good based on my previous study of the resort, nor the garden view villa they offered. The check-in staff told me that the room type I wanted was fully booked. But fully booked is not same as fully occupied at the time of my check-in. Then her supervisor told me I need to wait 1-2 hours for the room I wanted to be made up since they don’t have enough housekeeper in the afternoon. Couldn't you re-arrange your priority?? And is it something that I need to suffer due to your lack of staff? How could I not give up when my daughter was exhausted after all the way travel to the hotel? It was such an uncomfortable experience for the three of us to sleep in two separate beds. And I was so unhappy with the inconsistent explanation given by the check-in staff and her supervisor. 08 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Luxurious hotel We had a wonderful room with wonderful view. The beds were very comfortable and the feel of the room luxurious. The amenities were excellent. The food from the 2 restaurants were delicious and love the local Thai food that they serve. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an excellent experience in your hotel, we will certainly come back again and will highly recommend your hotel to friends and family. Well done team at this hotel! 07 December 2014
