Ningbo Tangyuan

Ningbo Tangyuan is a small round-shape sweet bun named after the city. The most commonly seem type is stuffed with ground sesame and sugar, wrapped by sticky rice, making it a perfect after-dinner dessert. Please don't forget to bring some authentic Ningbo Tangyuan.

    Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 新酒店,性价比可以 1、作为去年新开的IHG最高级别酒店,整体的设计前瞻性不够,倒向是3年前的设计,不知道是业主的审美还是减少投资。 2、Lobby的层高其实有点浪费,ADD利用的共享空间实在奢侈,应该有3层公区高度了。 3、去lobby lounge喝了杯饮料,沿窗景观面为啥没用落地窗,导致最好的一排座位舒适度不够,和室外景观没有互动。 4、宴会厅没进得去,关着门。 5、再说客房,味道还是很大;空调的风量有点小,开了半小时也不够温度;衣柜门的铰链自动闭合不是很好,导致里面触碰式灯不熄灭,只能从床上爬起来关;坐便间的玻璃打开影响洗手台前的地毯,地毯厚了点。 6、TOTO的一体坐便器和墙上的置物隔板是加分项,但是卫洗丽的加热开关默认一直打开,没找到在哪儿关,淋浴房装一面镜子有些奇怪,洗手台偏高了,艾格瑞的备品用Lemon香型有点cheap,建议换个味道, 7、minibar实在有些对不住IC这个品牌啊,茶包虽然是川宁的,但是放在一个很cheap的盒子里,感受不佳。 8、闭路电视是加分项,频道比较齐全。 9、床垫用的是simmons,软硬还可以,但是枕头我实在不适应,应该是乳胶枕头,两只都一样,没得选软硬。 10、第二天早餐下去得比较晚,吃的还算多,但是端上来的红茶没有配奶,吃煎蛋桌上也没有酱油。 21 September 2014
    Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Service was very bad We went back to the hotel after dinner at 10:30 pm and went to the lobby lounge for drinks. First of all, the lounge was empty without any customer but very hot. A/C was switch off. Your staff told us the lounge was going to close and not willing to take our order. After she was questioned about the operating hours hadn't finished (up to 11:00 pm), she started to take our order with very bad attitude and refused to switch on the A/C. One of our colleague asked for orange juice but she said it was made at the café shop and too troublesome. She refused to offer orange juice. I complained to the front desk and the front desk manager was very helpful to get requested service to us. However, the lounge was still very hot until we leave. I believe the hotel switch off A/C to save expenses but this is not InterContinental should be. On the next day morning, I went to cafe shop for breakfast at 6:00 am. I am sure I was the first and only customer for the breakfast hall. Food was beautifully displayed and looked delicious as any one of the InterContinental that familiar to me. However, there was no waiter took care of customer (me). There were only empty tables and of course I looked for table on my own. The only waiter was behind the bar counter and didn't come to offer me coffee. Even I was only one customer, I had to go to the bar counter to ask for my 2nd coffee. Check out was another disaster. It was early morning (06:30) and there was no other customer at the front desk other than 3 of us. It took more than 15 minutes to finished check out process by your 2 front desk staff. Your staffs were slow and processes was not clear. VAT invoice was printed wrongly. This is not even a normal 4-stars hotel should be. In the end, I asked for customer feedback form but your staff couldn't find one. The experience that I had with InterContinental Ningbo has no comparison with any 5-star hotel that I have had, not even 4-star. 15 September 2014
