From our fantastic room, to the incredible breakfast each morning, we could not have been more satisfied with our choice of hotel. The friendly and knowledgeable staff made us feel most welcomed. The professional guidance given to us by all members at the Concierge desk made our day treks and dining experiences incredible. . Pamela and her entire team at the front desk should be congratulated on their efforts in assisting us during our stay. Our experience at the Hotel will definitely encourage to stay at another IHG property in the future. 11 November 2014
