We recently stayed overnight at the Glen Allen Va location. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, nice breakfast included. My husband enjoyed the gym and we see they have a pool but we did’t use it. I would recommend staying here- it was a great choice for our stopover on vacation
The room was ok & ground floor . Staff was good at check in but charged me $25 for something but was not refunded

We enjoyed our recent stay at AVID in Glen Allen, VA. The hotel was convenient to things that we were interested in visiting. Included breakfast was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. We will be staying there again.

From the parking lot to the front desk, the breakfast area, the pool, and the gym area were nice and well-maintained. The rooms, beds, tables, and desks were clean and in excellent condition.
Shuff is one of the best people I've ever dealt with.

I had a great stay at Avid Hotels. The entire property was exceptionally clean, and the room was spotless and well-maintained. Access to the hotel was very easy, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience! Very cost effective and still with friendly and helpful staff (Desk associate helped me re-stack my luggage on the cart when i knocked it off coming in!). Excellent breakfast prepared by Trisha who was a sweetheart. I couldn’t find a speck of dirt, dust, mildew or mold in that room, which put me at ease. And this was a pet friendly room! My dog Macey and I stayed 5 nights and will for sure use this same hotel the next time I visit my family,

THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC but like the others say, the walls are paper thin. i dont wear earplugs but they should be stocked in every room (maybe they are-i didnt look). it was perfectly quiet until after midnight when it seemed to explode with activity. there were at least two couples enjoying themselves upstairs & down the hall, and the room on the other side of my headboard sounded like they were hanging drywall. i still cant figure out what that was or why it was happening at 1:30am but it went on for several minutes. the dove products were great & the rain shower head was amazing!!! the temperature & pressure were perfect!! the lighting was good but dimmable would be better. between the noise & nightlight, it was an unrestful stay. the light from the bathroom mirror reflects onto the hallway mirror which faces the bed. and the nightlight is at the bottom of the mirror facing the bed. the tv is huge which is luxurious but creates a lot of light. the style & finishes are modern & clean. a lot of eco-friendly amenities were great but surprised there werent recycling bins. a bath mat wouldve been helpful. the room was a little small but bigger than what you find in nyc. if it werent for the noise, i would give 10/10 all day long. i would stay at this chain again but maybe not this location. not a 'destination' per se but an affordable convenience. im curious if the other locations have the same noise problem. staff was friendly & good at their job.

The room, amenities, and food was on point. I couldn't ask for more. The gym and pool and nice equipment. If I return to the area I will definitely stay again. Kudos to the staff and managers running this location.
Very nice Hotel, but you could hear everything through the walls, and the room was small.

Very nice Hotel, but you could hear everything through the walls, and the room was small. Also, the weekend morning staff could use a little customer service training as well as how to treat their employees especially Infront of guests.

This is a good place to stay. Very clean and convenient. Easy access to restaurants . There are fast food restaurants in walking distance

My daughter and I stayed at Avid for 7 nights over 2 weekends. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well cared for. The staff was great, especially Frank and Nakia. They both went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I recommend this place, especially for groups.
