I have stayed here multiple times and each time I'm treated like family. Goldie is very kind and offered me a room that met my request. She goes the extra mile for her customers.

Hotel was fine for a quick pitstop. Continental breakfast was actually decent. No complaints.

There was nothing really good about this hotel I wouldn't recommend it unless it's your last choice the only nice thing was the front lady who checked us in

Two trucks were taking up six parking spots. When I came back from what I was in town late for I had to park at the Meijer down the street and walk back as there was no parking available. I told the staff and he pointed to a parking spot that didn’t exist and was not helpful at all.

First time at an Avid hotel and I was extremely impressed. Great location the beds were amazing and super comfy. I was blown away by the free breakfast choices.

First time at an Avid Hotel, and I was extremely impressed. Breakfast was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. Definitely would stay again. Friendly Staff.

Amazing experience! The minute I entered the Hotel I was greeted at the front desk by “Goldie” the GM. I was thanked for being a IHG member and I was able to get the floor and room type I requested. This Hotel is immaculate even the elevator smells fresh. There is no carpet in the rooms so there’s no smelly funk. The bathrooms are clean and the food offer for breakfast is uniquely different than any IHG property I have stayed at there is 24 seven fresh ground Costa Rican coffee that is delicious. Goldie suggested great restaurants for me and literally went out of her way to be kind and helpful with anything that I needed. I will stay there again and look forward to the coffee and the kindness of Goldie the GM outstanding property. Thank you for a great stay. !

The door mechanism was loose. There was some type of latex smeared under the sink. The shower wall have a long groove from side to side. No carpet on the floors, just fake wood. Some type of robust games going on in the lobby late into the night. I asked for a room close to the elevator but one wasn't available so they gave me one at the end of a hall because it had an access door to the parking lot. Said door was blocked by a trash can with a sign that said the glass would fall out if used.

Comfortable bed. Cleanliness was not five start but good enough. We had some check in trouble that was remedied but frustrating on our end and not necessarily the fault of the onsite staff but more the "system" and the "IHG" corporation.
Newer hotel nice room and friendly staff.

I stayed at this hotel on business it offered everything that I needed. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of room. Bathroom was adequate very hot showers which was very nice. Breakfast could use a few more options but overall nice place to stay.

Room was very, very small. The outside rain water leaked into our room causing my shoes to become soaked. I had to wear wet, soggy, cold shoes all day.
