Loved staying here! Great room, wonderful service, and QUIET! Except for planes, which cant be helped. The rooms were clean, breakfast was plentiful and the location is perfect if you have a car. Close to many chain restaurants and amenities needed. Would recommend to business or family travelling!!

This hotel was really clean and comfortable. I was impressed with what all was offered in the room, especially in terms of bathroom amenities. They include plenty of towels + Dove products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and lotion). The shower was really nice. I loved the beds--they felt fresh and were really comfy. The entire facility is well kept and runs smoothly. The breakfast was pretty solid; they even had vegan/vegetarian options, which I rarely find in hotels. The coffee was better than going to a local coffee shop and free whenever you want it. The only downside is you constantly hear airplanes coming in and out, but that's to be expected when staying near an airport.
Too Noisy to Sleep

I'm reporting on behalf of my two colleagues who stayed there. I chose this hotel for them on a work trip. Neither of them had a good night's sleep due to the noisiness of the location. Not only was the hotel in the flight path all night long, they also heard continuous noises from dumpsters being emptied nearby in the middle of the night. This could, perhaps be remedied with better windows that buffered sound. They were both exhausted when they started a long day of work. Although they both said the beds were comfortable, the staff friendly, the hotel clean, neither would chose to stay there again. Breakfast was not out when they had to leave (early) but they complimented the coffee.

We were catching a flight from Nashville and spent the night. I had my daughter in a room, my dad in a room and my sister & brother in law also had a room. Close to airport, clean, mattress comfort perfect. There is a shuttle to downtown.
I rated sleep quality one notch down only due to being so close to airport you can hear the hear the planes.

Just an overnight stay before a long trip. But the hotel was beautiful and perfect for the journey ahead of us.
The staff couldn't have been more helpful, courteous or accommodating.
We were greeted by Donovan who got us settled into our beautiful rooms. We had a very restful night and sent on our way by Gen. Mgr. Nate and Briana refreshed and ready for a long trip with a smile and a thank you.
We'll be back!!
And free fresh ground coffee 24 hrs a day?? You're the first!!

Direct pathway for jet departure for nearby airport

The hotel was nice however, it is in the DIRECT TAKEOFF FLIGHT PATH OF THE AIRPORT!!! Literally there is a steady path of huge jets directly overtop of the hotel - ALL Day and ALL Night. It woke me up several times, several times scared to death. When. I asked the guy at the front desk when I checked in about the noise - he said it wasn’t bad inside the hotel but they had earplugs if it was too loud. But who wants to sleep with earplugs in their ears? And then how would I hear my alarm in the am if their earplugs were to drown out the sound of a huge jetliner?

Left hotel at 3:00am and went to desk for a receipt. 2 females were talking to each other while looking at the computer and ignoring me. After about a minute they finally acknowledged me. Asked for a receipt and they said they could not provide me one because they were in the middle of roll call. They said if I left my email they would send it. Never received the receipt by email nor did they bother to upload. Will nevet stay at a Avid again.
Great staff. Very clean.

Great hotel. Easy access to Nashville airport. Friendly staff. Awesome AC. Nice bar and restaurant in property across the parking lot.

General Manager does not return calls. I'm a platinum member so i stay at and book lots of rooms for myself and staff members at IHG properties. This past trip they charged my staff members for their room despite me calling not once not twice but three times to get it cleared up.

Had a non functioning toilet and had to use the one in the lobby. I asked for 5,000 points as compensation from the desk clerk and he agreed. No points given so I left a message with the General Manager and never heard back.
The manager of the hotel was working the desk the night I checked in. Very friendly but holding a dog the whole time. Not very professional.
Room quality other then the malfunctioning toilet was fine. Very comfortable bed. Good channel selection for the TV.
Would have rated higher if I had received my points or follow up.

I might have come at a bad time considering the poor weather nashville had been having, and a large group that was staying at the hotel, but overall it was fine.
