A little tight but for the cost it was fine.
No closet or dresser but we made do.

I checked out 3 days before my departure date due to work. However, the hotel charged me for the entire stay. Please fix this and send the corrected invoice to my email. Thanks.

Great staff, clean room, operational amenities. Couldn't have been happier with the service and they allow for late check out.

My entire team has stayed here for months for a job we're doing. The breakfast rotation is limited, but comments to staff were taken seriously and things like almond milk and peanut butter were added which created much more variety. The rooms are compact for extended stays but the parties are limited and that's GREAT for those of us working six days a week and looking for a quiet night.
Highly recommend! Best service! Grab n go breakfast, Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap! You won't be disappointed!!!

From the moment you walk in the door, you are welcomed as family! Eli is amazing! He is so friendly and will go above and beyond to help everyone!!! We stayed for the weekend for a Taekwondo Tournament. My son won a giant trophy. Eli not only shared the excitement, but he tracked down tools so we could take the trophy apart to for in our car better.
Not sure where you'd like to eat, ask Eli! He has awesome recommendations!
The Avid hotel was super clean!! Free coffee, orange juice and apple juice all day. Free grab and go breakfast.
The rooms have Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion! No need to bring any of your own.
The pool has inflatables and balls to play with.
It's close to the highway and yet off by itself... it's in a great location!
Highly recommend!
Pleasant and Helpful Staff

Stayed at avid Oak Creek. We had to extend two nights. I had interaction with front desk, housekeeping and breakfast staff. All staff were very helpful and genuinely pleasant. As with all IHG, beds and bedding were super comfortable. Will stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was wonderful. My main objectives when booking a hotel room are a good night's sleep and peace. I got both at Avid. Wonderful people at the front desk!

I came upon this hotel that I was unfamiliar with and decided to stay because it was a IHG. That was the best decision I could have made. Everything was excellent!
We will definitely make this our stop when we visit tge area again!

Unfortunately I didn't get his name, the gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly and very outgoing with incredible customer service. His smile and demeanor is absolutely delightful and I look forward to seeing him on my next stay (and I'll be sure to get his name this time, that's my bad).

Our trip started off on a great note when Eli welcomed us to the property. He engaged in conversation about our plans for the trip and was incredibly nice. The entire priority was clean, and my son and I both got a great night sleep. We will absolutely be back to this property when we are in Milwaukee.
