I have ordered for Dinner, it was served cold, internet was not working, I complaint various of times after 5 complaints one person came and tried to fix it but could not succeed.

As always well taken care by the staff, ready to help 24X7.
Never say NO to any requests.
Personalised food made if requested.
From the entrance and stay till check out courteous staff, homely.
Ready to help if any complains and prompt action taken by the team.
Visiting here for the past 8-9 years never felt that was not at home.
Regular guest at least 9-10 days in a month.
My seasons greetings to all the staff here and worldwide (IHG) group, Happy New Year be safe & Healthy expect 2021 to be a year of happiness and successful to all.

I have been staying at this majestic property frequently for many years, primarily for work. Excellent staff courtesy and service have been the highlights and remained so even during these difficult times owing to the virus crisis. Initially the hotel was half open but since then the original ambience is returning, probably with increasing business. I found it very safe from virus point of view and will continue to patronise to enjoy the high standards of personalised service especially by the catering staff.

The food was as requested and served on time. Preparing food didn’t take much time. Overall dining service was good.

Stay was just average . Only good part was food . Otherwise hotel is very depressing as they keep half of the lights switched off so its little dark everywhere inside the hotel.

This hotel provides a clean and hygienic environment to rest or work. The service has always been prompt and the simple things that the staff do go a long way in bonding with guests.
