Continental Breakfast

Stay was awesome and Michelle is a wonderful person. Only thing that I didn’t know as if they have a continental breakfast. If they do I was not told and when I turned in my keys there was no one at the desk to ask.

I stay at this location when ever working on the west side of Minneapolis. Very affordable rate and comfortable rooms.

The two night stay was without incident. The covid virus has definitely affected the hotel industry. With closed restaurants and bars, the Crown Plaza has made the best of the situation.

I had a relatively good stay here for business the week of Nov 30. The issues I had can't be laid at the feet of the hotel or management. I didn't know before I arrived that the state of MN had gone into a COVID lock down again. As a result, all of the hotels amenities that I would have used were closed like the restaurant onsite. I would like to have seen them keep it open for carry out or have it open for guests only.

The staff was amazing. We stayed during COVID so it was pretty closed down but the staff was accommodating. Older hotel with cool architecture but rooms could use some updating (BEDS!! Not comfortable)

Was there for a weekend with friends. We had 2 conference rooms downstairs. Temperature was not regulated very well. The outside wall was floor to ceiling glass and it was a cold weekend which I realize is hard to keep warm, but the response time from a call to the front desk to the time when you could tell the heat had come on was 20 mins. Other than that we had a pretty good stay. I would recommend that the restaurants list be updated for the type of delivery that each uses (i.e. grubhub or other food delivery service vs. own delivery drivers). The food delivery service charges more than menu price to use their service. :(

I loved the atmosphere of this hotel, it was so nice and calming. Very Old world like. The Cuban Sandwich I purchased from the restaurant/bar was the best I have ever had. I enjoyed the people and the hotel so much will use this location again if I go back to the area.

We held our wedding ceremony and reception at the Crowne Plaza West. Our guests really enjoyed the hotel and the event space very much. The staff were all amazing and helpful.

The hotel was beautiful and I recommend anyone that is having an event there utilize their space. The center of the hotel with the sky lights is absolutely stunning
