Einstein is one of our most popular rooms with its large capacity and flexible set-up.

The tiered ampitheatre accommodates 360 guests, with 220 people on the lower level and 140 on the upper level. New audiovisual equipment, including a built-in screen, projection booth, and sound system—makes the ampitheatre an ideal learning environment.

Madison is a centrally located meeting room on the main floor of the conference center. It can be configured in many ways and is fully equipped with screen and whiteboards.

Stockton A is an ideal office and storage area within the private section of the Stockton Suite of meeting rooms on the first floor.

Stockton B is a large meeting room offering natural light, located in the private section of the Conference Center.

Stockton C is an ideal room for breakouts and is located in the Stockton Suite section of the conference center. The room features a built-in screen.

Meeting Room 108 is a fixed boardroom with high-back swivel leather chairs and a drop-down screen. Ideal for an office or small VIP meeting.

Witherspoon C has windows for natural light, a built-in screen and is located in the Witherspoon Suite section of the conference center, with easy access to the centrally located break stations.

Gallup is located in a private section of the conference center with windows and a built-in drop-down screen.

Palmer Square offers 10,176 sq. ft. of meeting space with natural light, privacy, and secure access. The room is divided into two sections, each offering over 4000 sq. ft. Exhibits, vendor shows, and receptions are best suited for this meeting room.

The Lakeside Terrace Ballroom is the ideal space for business and social events. With floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake and fountains, the ballroom lends itself to a sophisticated event experience.
