Pillows too soft, horrible…!

The pillows are always too soft, that breaks my neck, just simply horror. Shower had was leaking water, nobody checked it, the meat at the breakfast did mot have warning what food is pork, the staff [更多] was not looking interested, way too young…! [更少]
