I picked this hotel mostly as a place to relax in the pool while on the road for a few days. The pool was never opened. Even when I went to the front desk, I was told, I'll be right there and an [更多] hour later, it had not been opened. Upon checkout, with my luggage in hand and dressed to leave the hotel, I mentioned this, and the front desk clerk said he could open it for me right at that moment. The electric chargers in the parking lot didn't work and the keurig coffee maker didn't work. Even though we were staying for 2 nights, at 9 AM after the first night, they woke me up knocking on the door trying to service the room. Breakfast was the usual ok free breakfast - I knew what to expect there. I was not offered a welcome amenity as a platinum elite member. [更少]
