First time staying at this property. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and the convenient location. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room very clean. good hotel, spacious room with great views. Breakfast great with plenty of options. The only downside to the hotel was check in. About 6 staff behind the counter and no one wanted to check me in. No [更多] welcome amenity or recognition of my status on arrival. The rest of the time all staff were 10/10 just let themselves down on check in. As we say in england first impressions last. [更少]

Great Location, home-like stay

The location is great. Food choice is excellent with the restaurant downstairs and near-by food court. The apartment style of the hotel lets you experience living in a high-rise in Sao Paulo. The [更多] staff were very helpful, especially Pablo. The in-suite microwave and fridge makes it convenient for longer stays. The outlets are all 220V which is different than 110V outlets found in many other places, so one has to mindful. But outlets are all labeled so there are no surprises. Would love to return here on another trip. [更少]

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday in Parque Anhembi. On check in we were assisted by Andre. He spoke perfect English and went above and beyond by arranging a taxi to bring and pick us up from [更多] Allianz Parque. We had a wonderful, relaxing evening thanks to him! Everything at the hotel was great. The only thing that was average to me was the breakfast. Huge amount of foods and choices but I prefer ordering from a menu and personally and I don't like all the sweets. [更少]

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were all extremely polite and professional. The location and accessibility were amazing.
