Friendly staff and great location with easy access to various points in Santiago

The staff at this hotel made all the difference, friendly, helpful and polite. As we were in business, the location was great and mostly with guest who were working in the city. The staff at [更多] breakfast was superb, really helpful, working hard and coping with a busy service with some not very polite customers too. They solved all with a smile, which was great. It was lovely to get a morning greeting form the management team, if it happened to meet them. The recpetion staff was always helpful and cordial. [更少]

I have stayed at many IHG Holiday Inn Express properties and have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had. The staff was wonderful, room spotless, bed and pillows very comfortable, [更多] breakfast delicious and location great. [更少]

The hotel has a great location. The room was very clean but a little bit tattered, holes in drapes, bathroom door was not in great condition. The staff however, were very friendly and helpful. It [更多] was adequate for a stop over on the way to the airport. [更少]
