I have been a regular at IHG properties in the region for quite some time now and Intercontinental Muscat ranks among the best that I have stayed in, be it amenities, people or service. This time [更多] around, I was a bit disappointed with the staff quality at the Intercontinental Club Lounge. On 2 consecutive days, tables were not laid out for breakfast, customers had to wait even for simple cutlery and the whole service was at a snail's pace. But for this I would have rated the visit 5* on all counts. The front desk is super quick and super friendly. Shankar Ganesh Kannan from the Front Office is a pleasure to deal with and so is Ahmed at the reception. I always look for both while checking in or out. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit Muscat. [更少]
