The staff was friendly but the rooms are getting a bit dated. No alarm clock or hair dryer in my room, but the microwave and fridge were nice. The room was large, but the bathroom really needs a [更多] redo. Housekeeping was not great (only decaf coffee in the room, mold on the top of the shower, hand lotion in the bathroom was from the OYO hotel chain, which is one of IHG's competitors). The breakfast was great (but the pancake machine was broken) and the area was clean. Nice indoor pool. This place felt more like an aging independent hotel than an IHG property. Overall I do recommend it but just manage your expectations. There are a lot of competing hotels withing walking distance that are superior. I stayed due to my loyalty to IHG. [更少]
