The original name of the sculpture is "Deep Breath", and it features a whale leaping out of the water to breathe freely. The initial intention was to express that every joyful leap of a whale is a deep breath of the rhythm of life, breathing in the latest oxygen in the world, accumulating the power to run towards the distance, and giving back to its mother's selfless nurturing.

The Shanjing District of Yantai is located at No. 7 Lixin Road, Zhifu District. The modern architectural complex and cultural relics on the mountains of Yantai are not only witnesses to the history of Yantai, but also a microcosm of China's semi colonial and semi feudal society. These buildings and sites have witnessed a series of political changes and revolutionary events in the Jiaodong Peninsula over the past century.
