I stay at this property in conjunction with my job. I found the staff to be very attentive. The dining options are very good. The hotel is clean and quiet. My stay was very pleasant.

Overall a decent stay in Sofia at Holiday Inn in Mladost 4 - Business Park. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers especially.

The meal at the hotel is good. Breakfast has been very nice! The rooms are spacious! The showers have been hot ! The beds are very comfortable! It was been a nice stay experience for me.

I was sooo pleased with my room and when I saw my bathroom that made my day! I soaked and relaxed and then I went to bed with a smile on my face. The next morning I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and the staff was very attentive and cordial. I loved my stay!

Clean and very careful with Covid-19 measures.
Comfortable beds and offers good sleep quality.
Breakfast is not outstanding in any way, omlet is the tastiest option from what is available.

This hotel is reliable in terms of the product and service offered. It is clean and comfortable. I only stayed for one night and didn't spend much time in the hotel. There was no breakfast buffet and I wasn't advised about this in advance. Each item had to be ordered individually, and frankly too much was given to me which was a little wasteful. But as always, one can rely on the hotel to provide everything required for a comfortable stay.

Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch ein tolles MA Team aus hat einen tollen Schlafkomfort und ein sehr gutes GYM mit einem Schwimmbad von 19 Meter länge

Staff are friendly and food service is great.
Lobby temperature a little to warm when outside is 30°
Tried to use my points card but for some apparent reason this wasn’t possible.
