Good service
By Raffi's Mum
Although this hotel looks bleak from the outside, inside it was clean and modern, with helpful and friendly staff. It is not luxurious but it is comfortable and good value and has on site parking. [Less]
Location and hotel very convenient
By NailseaNav
Location and hotel very convenient. Just in front of train station and very close to city centre walking. Holiday Inn one of my favourites when travelling for business or leisure. [Less]

Easy access to town, university a bit more distant. Parking easy but pricey. Breakfast and room good. [Less]

Excellent stay
By Bobd16
We had a great stay here and the hotel is central with easy access to all parts of the city. The hotel is really well run, very clean and staff helpful, especially the young lady who checked us in [More] (just wish I had asked her name as she really deserves a call-out for her professionalism). Suite was spotless and well maintained. Would happily stay again. [Less]
Good Stay
By Teach
We have stayed here a number of times. It's easy to drive to and parking is good. The main shopping area is just across the road. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There were some very minor issues: a [More] loose tap in the shower which came off in my hand, a bath/shower plug which didn't seem to work as it should and a reading light in need of a new bulb. I did report these issues to reception on leaving. It would've been helpful if the previous occupants had done this! If you're a light sleeper, you'd be better off asking for a room which faces away from the city centre, otherwise be prepared for some traffic noise and a number of sirens. We do like this hotel as staff are always welcoming and it's easy to drive to and drive away from. [Less]
Convenient location for City Centre with good parking
By Henry
This hotel is easy to reach from outside Bristol - and is well-located for access to city amenities. Public transport from outside the hotel to the city centre is frequent - and merely a 6 - 7 [More] minute journey. Fifteen to twenty minutes if walking. This is a great base for a leisure visit to Bristol. Comfortable rooms and good international buffet breakfast sets one up well for the day! [Less]
Solid overall
By scross
Decent overall for the price. Really good internet and decent room size/amenities. [Less]

By Libby
Lovely clean hotel, well equipped rooms and a great location with easy walking distance to city centre. Breakfast has a good selection of food and extra supplies for coffee and tea are readily avail [More] able. [Less]
