Great hotel with friendly staff and super clean environment

Highly recommend this hotel. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel has several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was very roomy and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable allowing for sound sleep every night. I loved that instead of little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, they have good sized pump bottles affixed to the shower wall so I didn't have to ask for extra.

My only two issues with this hotel is water pressure in the shower , it was poor at best , It removed the soap , but I wasn't impressed with the shower head, 2nd issue hair , multiple strands of hair floating in the pool. it may not be anyone fault as the filter may not have caught it yet , however it was still not appealing . the breakfast was good , however due to covid , we had a lady hand us a menu and basically fill our order , however I felt bad asking for 2nds or anything , simply because she was waiting on me . the beds were comfortable but i had to jump up to get on them .. not complaining just stating an interesting fact . I feel the hotel was designed for a business traveler ,not a family , for me just the over all feel . I would definitely recommend the property . I will say I myself like a shower head that can offer some pressure when showering .

Holiday inn was great but it had a few issues just two. Water pressure was horrible in the shower, there was hair bih strands floating in the pool

Nice find of a great hotel in a prime part of Amarillo.

My husband accidentally left his electric toothbrush in the bathroom. They had it for us and will give it to us on our return trip! So happy with that service! Thank you

The hotel is very nice and looks great outdoors and inside. I appreciate all the staff for making my stay a great experience. I would recommend family or friends to stay at this location.

100% on cleanliness, comfortable bed! Did encounter neighbors being noisy at night, blaring music. Called the front desk and they handled it well.
