Dinosaur National Monument is an American national monument located on the southeast flank of the Uinta Mountains on the border between Colorado and Utah at the confluence of the Green and Yampa rivers. Part of the National Park Service.
Dine A Ville Pink Dinosaur. "Dinah" was built by George Morrill in 1958 to advertise his Dine-A-Ville Motel. When it closed in 1999 the pink dinosaur was moved to a hilltop on the east end of town, where she began a second career as a welcome sign for Vernal.
