Excellent time just would like to know if the deposit fee and parking fee ahead of time

We were in town to attend a wedding. The location of the hotel to the airport, and the price were favorable compared to others. It is a newer facility, so the property and hotel are nice. Our room was very comfortable. The one downside is that noise carries quite easily between rooms. We could hear people on both sides of us, and I don't believe they were being extremely loud. There was also some sort of party going on outside of our windows on Saturday night around 2:00 a.m., so that was annoying. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, and the staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

I travel for work and use Holiday Inn Express as my preferred hotel to stay in. So, I have stayed in many hotels over the past 8 years.
When I chose to stay at the Pensacola Airport North - I-10 property, I chose it because its a new property. This means the amenities are up to date and the property is clean. The property is in pristine condition.
But, the main purpose of getting a hotel is to sleep and be rested for the next day. This did not happen. The property management has decided to limit the room thermostat temperature to 74 degree. You can set it lower, but only for a short period of time, then it goes back to 74 degrees. The combination of room temperature and humidity in the room kept me up all night long. There is no way to override their controls.
If you are looking to get a good night rest and prefer a cooler/less humid room, do NOT come here.

Nice hotel. Beds were comfortable and the room was nicely appointed. The Breakfast selections were a bit thin, biscuits but no gravy. Pancake machine was out of order. We did receive a bit of a problem with my husbands service dog which is protected by the American Disability Association. Don’t know if we will return.

Nice clean hotel with all the amenities I prefer. Close to the airport with close by restaurants and businesses. Wonderful breakfast and friendly staff.

Was not able to get paperwork at time of checkout, even though you had took my money paid my bill, but yet your people are not qualified. I don’t know how to get the paperwork from the computer.

Stayed at this hotel during a quick turnaround trip and could not have chosen better accommodations. The staff was friendly and kind as well as helpful. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning and the cinnamon rolls were some of the best I ever had! We also really appreciated the free airport shuttle.

We were en route to take my 101-year-old grandmother to New Orleans for her birthday. We made an overnight stop at this hotel so she could rest. She navigated the hotel room easily, even though it wasn't listed as an ADA-compliant room.

The hotel was clean ams the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also great each morning. Definitely recommend.
Impressed with Holiday Inn Express and Suites

It has been a while since I stayed at a Holiday Inn brand hotel. I was in Pensacola for my son's HS baseball tournament and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites. The hotel is new, it was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. I have normally stayed at another brand and I was pleasantly surprised with how the hotel was. I would definitely stay at another HI Express and Suites again due to this stay.
