Original American diner in K'Town. Fresh products were used every day, mostly according to recipes from grandmother's cookbook.

We use seasonal and regional products for our dishes. We combine German food with influences from all over the world and combine them to create innovative and modern dishes. Another focus is on vegetarian and vegan cuisine, as we have already gained a lot of experience in this area. Among other things, our chef, Stefan Sellin, worked as a chef at the vegan restaurant Kopps in Berlin.

Rooted in the beautiful West Palatinate for years, we know the preferences of our guests very well. Our variety ranges from real Palatinate classics such as liver dumplings or Saumagen to crisp salads, juicy rump steaks and homemade cakes. Every week, from Monday to Saturday, we offer you a variety of regular dishes every day, so that every day gets its own taste.
