Kuala Lumpur Bird Park (Malay: Taman Burung Kuala Lumpur) is a public aviary. It is one of the world's largest covered bird parks, located adjacent to the 60-hectare (150-acre) Perdana Botanical Gardens, Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park, the National Mosque & Royal Malaysian Police Museum. The Bird Park houses more than 3,000 birds representing more than 200 species in an enclosed aviary. About 90% are local birds & 10% were imported from countries.

Located below KLCC, this world-class oceanarium features a wide variety of exhibits of marine life from Malaysia and around the world, guided tours, and even interactive feeding shows. Its 90-metre transparent tunnel is Malaysia’s first underground aquarium exhibit, allowing visitors full view of wildlife in their element.

The Kuala Lumpur Tower (Malay: Menara Kuala Lumpur; Jawi: منارا کوالا لومڤور‎), also referred to as KL Tower, a 6-storey, 421-metre-tall (1,381 ft) telecommunication tower. It is the world's seventh-tallest tower. The rest of the tower below has a stairwell & an elevator to reach the upper area, which contains a revolving restaurant, providing diners with a panoramic view of the city. It is the highest viewpoint in Kuala Lumpur opened for the public.

Covering about 47,000 square metres, the Federal Territory Mosque (Masjid Wilayah Persekutuan) is one of the largest mosques in the country and designed to be a “mosque in a garden”. Featuring a blend of the 16th century Ottoman Empire’s architectural design with traditional Malay craftsmanships, is it influenced by the Blue Mosque in Istanbul, Turkey. Merging communal elements to the mosque, it offers an interactive relationship between spiritual elements and the community around it.

Inaugurated in 1998, IAMM currently houses more than 10,000 artefacts, as well as an exceptional collection of Islamic art books at the Scholar's Library. The art-objects on display range from the tiniest pieces of jewellery to one of the world’s largest scale models of the Masjid al-Haram, or the Sacred Mosque, in Mecca. The Thean Hou Temple (Chinese: 乐圣岭天后宫/樂聖嶺天后宮) is a six-tiered temple of the Chinese sea goddess Mazu. It was completed in 1987 and officially opened in 1989. The temple was built by Hainanese living in Malaysia and the property belongs to and is run by the Selangor and Federal Territory Hainan Association (Malay: Hainan Selangor dan Wilayah Persekutuan; Chinese: 雪隆海南会馆/雪隆海南會館). It is one of the largest temples in Southeast Asia.

The Exchange TRX, officially known as Plaza The Exchange TRX, is a shopping mall & complex situated next to the Bukit Bintang shopping district. Located off Jalan Tun Razak to the east & Jalan Kampung Pandan to the south. The term "TRX" in its name is a short form of Tun Razak Exchange, the area where the mall was developed at. Independence Square (Malay: Dataran Merdeka) is situated in front of the Sultan Abdul Samad Building. It was formerly known as the Selangor Club Padang or simply the Padang (meaning "field" in Malay) and was used as the cricket green of the Selangor Club (now the Royal Selangor Club). It was here that the Union Flag was lowered and the Malaysian flag hoisted for the first time at midnight on 31 August 1957.
