a standard quality Holiday in stay. The hotel environment is disturbed by the Subway construction. Of course this will not go on forever. The breakfast place and elevator area is poorly illuminated, a little depressing. Breakfast is fine but no top. Helpful team, guided me to a local pharmacy to get some medicine. A good stay, could be a bit more exciting.
All staff are very friendly, they are all gone extra mile to make guests feeling comfortable staying the hotel, we feel at home during our stays.

Excellent services and breakfast. The front desk ladies, Alisa Li and Miki were friendly and helpful. Miki provided excellent directions for our sightseeing. Alisa Li provided health benefit information for the peony tea. She told my wife that the peony season would be April every year. The peony could be seen everywhere. Alisa was excellent. We will come back to stay in this hotel in April next year for peony.

Please check why out for 3 rooms stay and only 1 room points credited? Why no points credited for the Other 2 rooms?
Air conditioner was not working in the beginning one or two hours after I got into the room every time. There is a huge construction (probably subway construction) going on just in the front of the hotel, and so, it was not convenient to drive/walk into the front door of the hotel.

1米5的床太窄，睡眠体验不好，和廉价经济型酒店一样。其他方面还都比较理想。电视的信号很差清晰度很低。

観光目的で２泊しました。高級というわけではありませんが、清潔で快適な設備・十分な朝食内容でした。新市街に立地しており高鉄駅からは近くて観光にも便利な立地です。旧市街までは少し距離があります。2019年現在、洛陽市内はあちこち地鉄の工事で、このホテル周辺の道路も少々不便な状態でした。ですが、騒音等はなく快適でした。
超赞的一次住宿体验。十分感谢！
