Wonderful stay!

This stay was the most comfortable we’ve ever had and our family was very happy with this experience. We look forward to staying here again in the future when we’re driving through on our way to visit family members.

Just right for my needs--

Perfect location and price point if you want to be in Brier Creek. Comfortable, safe, clean room, sustainable toiletries. My son lives nearby and had offered me his futon for the night (thanks, but no thanks). This was 3 minutes from his apartment and the price was right for a much superior nights sleep and a clean bathroom! It was easy in and out. So long as he stays in that neighborhood, this will be my go-to place.

Modern look and Nice Guest Rooms

Hotel is overall modern and up to date. Bed very comfortable and electronics/tv modern and nice. Staff is friendly. Several times in evening no one at the front desk and people were there. This does happen at many Holiday Inn Express properties so not surprised but you get the feeling there is no security. Was not offered an amenity upon checkin. Overall this is a nice property and I would stay there again.

Clean room but staff need some work.

The hotel staff are the rudest people. They are not willing to accommodate or be helpful to guest. This is mainly your front desk staff. My travel crew all work in the hotel industry so we are very aware of what you can do or not do as a front desk attendant. We asked to have our room changed to a double. We understood that there is a different rate and was willing to pay it, however because your employee did not know how to make the change she told us no rooms were available. However I was able to go to my phone and book a double room from the lobby of the hotel. However it was too late to cancel my previous reservation so she would not let us change. Your hotel just lost revenue. Also another person in my group wanted to purchase a drink and was told they could not use cash. The room was on someone else’s card so they did not want to charge it to the room. Why not accept the cash? Another case of lost revenue. We needed to change the credit card on one room the same day we checked in and was told it could not be done. Yes it can we do it all the time.

Clean Rooms and Friendly Staff

We rented 2 rooms because we were travelling with family. Our rooms were clean, nicely decorated, had great walk in showers and were comfortable. Our breakfasts both days were great, staff was friendly and we all slept well. We'll stay here again in the future.

One of the best 3 night stays i've ever had.

My fiancée and I had a 3 night stay here, and it was fantastic. Modern aesthetic, very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed and had great experiences with all of their staff. Not to mention their location is right next to a large variety of restaurants which makes finding something to eat a breeze. Highly recommend!

Quiet and accessible

Very accessible to airport without being so close that you feel the buzz. Clean and polite staff. Breakfast a little minimal but fresh and enough to get you to lunch when flying out that morning. Early morning drive to airport reduced by this location.

Rude staff and dirty pool

We recently stayed in your hotel and found front desk employee, Keisha, incredibly rude. My husband also witnessed her rudeness to other guests. Also, the pool had no towels and was "green" in color and looked like it needed a good chlorine "shock". It stayed that way our entire visit, as we tried several times to enjoy the pool, but didn't want to chance it and catch something. The staff were all very weak and need more training or another job responsibility since they have poor "people skills".
