The Chocolate Museum is one of the most visited museums in Cologne. Feel like you're in the land of milk and honey, because in the museum's large glass dome there is a large fountain from which chocolate bubbles up and from which you can snack on chocolate. During various guided tours, you will learn all about the long journey of the cocoa bean from the plantations to the finished chocolate. Another highlight is that you can make your own delicious confectionery in chocolate courses.

Cologne Cathedral is the landmark of Cologne, visible from afar. The two striking towers of the cathedral dominate the panorama of the city. From the viewing platform of the south tower, you have a breathtaking view over Cologne after climbing the tower. Cologne Zoo was founded in 1860 and is one of the oldest, yet also one of the most modern, zoological gardens with an elephant park covering 20,000 square metres and the Hippodom, a unique recreation of an African river valley landscape with hippos, Nile crocodiles and antelopes.
