worst holiday inn I have ever stayed in.

toilet clogged, faucets loose, fefridge frozen so much the door would not shut, ran out of bath towels on 2nd day. got excuses not results.

Excellent stay for any guest. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Hampton Roads area. You will not regret you stayed.

Frank at the front desk was excellent. He gave us a warm welcome and answered all of our questions.

Check In was great.
Unfortunately pool area was off limits.
Gym was open and we’ll maintained, thank goodness!!!
Breakfast was available but I did not use it, though I had heartburn one night and the staff allowed me a milk carton!
Toilet wasn’t flushing and phone didn’t have a dial tone, but the staff immediately took care of it.
Window shades didn’t work, but I didn’t report it.
Plenty of parking, o really good visit with great service.

I was here for work. The staff was excellent! Always had good recommendations for places to visit and the best local food! Staff was very polite and always happy to help.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Convenient to interstate and airport. Economical. Nice staff and nice place to stay.

We had a nice overnight at this hotel last week. The room was clean and sanitized. I wish the microwave was a bit larger since we brought food in, but in these crazy times we adapted! The onsite Tesla Charger is a plus!!!
