Checked in to the hotel after a long day of travel at ~11:00 PM. Woke up the next morning to find that there was NO HOT WATER. Called down to the desk and was informed that the hot water had been out since the day before. The desk clerk informed me that the plumber had been called, but "there's no telling how long it'll take because this is Ozona". No offer of adjusting my bill.....
It would have been great if the clerk would have informed me at check in that there was no hot water in the hotel. Waking up to take a cold shower is not a pleasant experience.

This is a well run hotel with good personnel. Ozona is in the middle of nowhere on I-10, so this is a good place to spend the nite.

Nice hotel. Service was very good and staff were helpful to recommend a place for dinner. Best hotel in town, but the most expensive. Good value for your money.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Allen1982 Checked me in but didn't tell me there was no hot water
I arrived at 10:30 or 11:00 in the evening and checked in for a single night stay. I unpacked the necessary items and went to take a shower but there was NO hot water--not even warm. Called the front desk and found out they already knew about the problem but they didn't let me know before I was already in the room.
The following morning they said they would take care of the bill but all they did was drop $50 from the rate. I would have finished my drive home or stopped at the next town had I known there wasn't any hot water.

Stay at this hotel often while working in the area. Fitness room needs a fan or better a/c. It gets very warm in there while walking on the treadmill

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Thumper47 Plug connector not reversible
When using the coffee/tea maker if you are not careful where you plug in the blow dryer no receptacle is available. For instance, connecting the blow-dryer in the top receptacle covers the bottom outlet due to the direction the cord travels from the cord plug. Because the large prong must connect in the right portal only the bottom receptacle should be used.
A new arriving person must figure this out by trail and error, vice an indicator or note showing what should be plugged into certain outlets.
