We had an unforgettable 4-night stay at Holiday Inn Phuket Karon Beach Resort — truly the best Holiday Inn experience we’ve had anywhere in the world. A huge thank you to Noelle, Liharu, and Aviey for their exceptional leadership and hospitality. Their warm, personal touch made all the difference. Special appreciation to Dain, Alexander, and Kit, who went above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. From the beautiful beachside location to the outstanding service and thoughtful details, every moment was a delight. We sincerely hope Karon Beach sets the gold standard for all Holiday Inns globally. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location, our room was spacious and clean. Three pools to choose from and the gym was clean and had all I needed for a workout. Buffet had lots to choose from and had a cute kids food station great idea. Bars had great menu choices. Grounds of hotel well attended to workers were seen sweeping and doing general maintenance/ cleaning well done team.

The resort offers a comfortable environment that fosters a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Despite our late check-in, we were graciously received and provided with a thorough introduction to the resort’s facilities and surrounding areas.
A special note of appreciation for the team’s thoughtful effort in arranging a memorable birthday celebration setup in our room—it was truly exceptional.

I had a pleasant stay at this property. We had booked a single room for 3 which came with a King sized bed and another single bed and we were very satisfied with the space in the room. It also came with a balcony making it extra spacious and comfortable.
The property is 2 mins walking from Karon beach, so you can easily visit the beach anytime.

Overall, we had a good stay at the Holiday Inn Karon Beach. As Diamond members, we were upgraded to a villa, which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious, though the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and one bedside plug didn’t work.
The location is great—just across the street from the beach. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a large selection, but there were limited made-to-order options and no specialty coffee like lattes.

I have got a spacious room with two wash washing. Space for luggage and sufficient almirah. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly and punctual. I will like to stay here again.

I stayed during my holiday in Thailand with my husband and it was so lovely welcome from the staff. Thank you so much for the complimentary upgrade the room for my whole stayed. I will be back and bring my family to stay with you again in November!

距离海边沙滩很近，海水比巴东好。酒店房间很舒服，并贴心的安排了收费加床给孩子。餐厅还可以，在泳池边吃的晚饭，中规中矩。早餐有些简单，感觉不知道有啥可吃的。
